How to Cancel iSALUS EHR

To cancel future prescription fills using the iSALUS EHR software, follow these steps:

Canceling Future Prescription Fills

1. Access the Patient Chart:

   • Navigate to the patient’s chart in the iSALUS EHR system.

2. Navigate to Medications:

   • Go to the medications chart tab within the patient’s chart.

3. Access Medication History:

   • Click on the History button in the top toolbar to view the medication history.

4. Select the Medication:

   • Click on the E-Status column for the medication you wish to cancel.

5. Select the Most Recent Submission:

   • Choose the most recent submission for the medication.

6. Open Menu and Select Cancel:

   • Press the … Menu and select the Cancel Prescription option.

7. Confirm Cancellation:

   • Click on the Cancel or Discontinue button to send a cancellation message to the pharmacy.

8. Verify Response:

   • The pharmacy should send a Cancel response, which will be visible in the Submission History (accessible by clicking on the E-Status) for the stopped medication.
