How to Cancel Karmasoft
To cancel and potentially receive a refund for your Karmasoft subscription, follow these steps:
Cancellation Process
- If you are within the first three months of your subscription and are not satisfied, you can contact the Karmasoft support team to request a full refund of your monthly fees, provided you have had at least two training sessions and used the software at your studio.
Refund Eligibility
- Your initial sign-up fee is non-refundable. However, if you were charged for the next month but meant to cancel, Karmasoft will refund that extra charge.
- If you forgot to cancel your subscription a couple of months ago and haven’t used Karmasoft since then, you may be eligible for a full refund for those back months.
Steps to Cancel
- To initiate the cancellation, contact the Karmasoft support team directly. They will guide you through the process and handle any necessary refunds.
Partial Refunds or Credits
- If you upgraded your account to a higher plan but did not use the extra features, Karmasoft may consider applying a prorated credit towards future months.
Refunding or Voiding Sales
- If you need to refund or void a sale within your Karmasoft account, go to the dashboard, click on "Activities & Reports," then select "Activities" from the drop-down menu. Navigate to the "Sales" tab, find the relevant sale, and use the "Refund" or "Void" options. Note that if a student has already used classes under the package, you will need to remove them from those classes before you can refund or void the sale.
