How to Cancel Keycafe
To cancel and potentially return a Keycafe product, follow these steps:
Cancellation and Return Process
Cancellation Request
- If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation request to Keycafe. This request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in Keycafe’s sole discretion.
Return Eligibility
- Only your first Connected Product is eligible for a full refund if returned within 45 days of receiving it. The product must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging, and with all included accessories.
Return Procedure
- To initiate a return, ensure the Connected Product is in its original condition.
- Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
- Ship the product back to Keycafe at your own expense, as Keycafe does not cover the cost, taxes, duties, or other costs associated with return shipping.
- Include all original accessories and packaging to avoid any issues with the return process.
Refund
- Once Keycafe receives the returned product and verifies its condition, you will be issued a full refund for the first Connected Product.
- Refunds will be processed to your credit card on file or through a direct payment method at Keycafe’s discretion.
Account Credit Refund (If Applicable)
- If you decide to cancel your account, you can request a refund of your unused account credit from the previous 12 months. This refund will be processed to your credit card on file or through a direct payment method at Keycafe’s discretion.
Warranty and Defective Products
- If your product is defective, you will need to work with Keycafe’s 24/7 support hotline to troubleshoot the issue. If a remote solution is not possible, Keycafe may ship a repair kit or a replacement. For replacements, you must return the defective product to Keycafe’s designated service center at your own expense.
