How to Cancel LawnPro

To cancel your LawnPro Software subscription, follow these steps:

Accessing Your Billing History

• Log in to your LawnPro Software account.
• Click on the gear icon at the top right of the screen.
• Select the “Your Billing History” tab from the dropdown menu.

Canceling Your Subscription

• Once you are on the Billing History page, look for the red “Cancel Subscription” button.
• Click on this button to initiate the cancellation process.

Important Notes

• All subscription fees paid are non-refundable, even if the services are suspended or terminated prior to the end of your subscription plan.
• If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to enjoy membership benefits until the end of the last month you made your subscription payment.
• If you are on a paid yearly plan, you cannot downgrade to a lower yearly or monthly plan until the current plan you are on is expired or up for renewal.
