How to Cancel LeadFuze

To cancel your LeadFuze account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your LeadFuze account and navigate to the "Billing & Users" section.

2. Within the "Billing & Users" section, go to the "Plan Details" tab.

3. Click on the "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" button.

4. You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation by clicking "Yes – Cancel my account".

5. You will then be asked to provide a reason for cancellation. This feedback is appreciated as it helps in optimizing and improving LeadFuze for current and future users.

6. After providing the reason, click "Confirm" to complete the cancellation process.

Important Considerations:

• If you are on an Annual or Commitment plan, immediate cancellation is not possible. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the contract period.
• If you are on a monthly plan, you can cancel anytime, and the cancellation will be effective on the next billing date.
• Ensure you export any necessary data before the cancellation date, as you will not have access to the account after that date.
