To cancel a subscription or membership for a Lean Marketing product, such as those offered by the Marketing and Business Academy, follow these steps:

Cancellation Process

Trial Period Cancellation

If you are within the 7-day trial period, you can cancel your trial at any time before the end of this period to avoid being charged the membership fee.

Membership Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your membership after the trial period, you must do so before the renewal date to avoid renewal charges.

Important Notes

No Refunds for Renewals: Once the renewal payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. If you cancel your membership after the renewal, you will not be refunded for the remaining unused portion of the membership term.
No Partial Refunds: There are no partial refunds for periods where the client did not use an activated account, used it partially, or terminated the account without requesting to cancel before the renewal date.
Updating Payment Information: Ensure your payment information is up-to-date and valid. Failure to update your payment information within the month when the payment is due can result in revoking access to your account.
