To cancel your Log360 Cloud subscription and terminate your account, follow these steps:
Before terminating your account, ensure you have set up log-forwarding to maintain data continuity. You can also export your data in PDF and CSV formats, even after the subscription ends, using the free edition of Log360 Cloud.
After terminating your account, you will retain access to existing log data within the free edition of Log360 Cloud. However, you will not be able to add new log sources, and the application will not process configured sources. You will still have access to resources and ongoing support, but with limited functionality.

After account closure, you can restore your account within 90 days. After this period, retrieval of the account is not possible.
