How to Cancel LucidLink
To cancel your LucidLink subscription, follow these steps:
Preparing for Cancellation
- Ensure you have the necessary permissions to cancel the subscription. For team or enterprise accounts, only the Account Owner or a Billing Admin can initiate the cancellation.
Cancellation Process
- If you are the Account Owner or Billing Admin, navigate to your account settings on the LucidLink platform.
- Go to the section related to your subscription plans, typically found under "Plans & Billing" or a similar label.
- Locate the LucidLink product you wish to cancel and click on the three-dot menu to the right of the product name.
- Select "Cancel this plan" from the menu.
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
Important Notes
- If you have subscriptions for more than one LucidLink product, you must cancel each product separately.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You can continue using the service until the end of this cycle.
