How to Cancel MedTrainer

To cancel your MedTrainer subscription, follow these steps:

Notification Requirement

You must request the cancellation at least 30 days prior to the end of your contract term. For example, if your contract renewal date is June 30, you must request cancellation before June 1.

Cancellation Process

• Email the MedTrainer legal department at [email protected] to initiate the cancellation.
• Ensure you include all necessary details, such as your account information and the specific services or subscriptions you wish to cancel.

Post-Cancellation

• Upon termination, certain provisions of the agreement will remain in effect, including those related to intellectual property, feedback, and user content.
• You will no longer have access to the services, and any ongoing fees will be adjusted accordingly based on the terms of your agreement.

Important Notes

• The automatic renewal of your contract will be halted once the cancellation request is processed.
• Any fees for the current term will still be applicable, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the term being canceled.
