How to Cancel MoveSpring

To cancel your MoveSpring plan, follow these steps:

Canceling a One-time Plan

For one-time plans, there is no action required from the admin to end the plan. One-time accounts will automatically be deactivated 21 days after the most recent challenge end date. When an account is deactivated, all admins and users will no longer be able to access the Admin Center, the MoveSpring mobile app, or the MoveSpring website.

Canceling Pro and Ultimate Plans

If you are on a Pro or Ultimate annual plan, you will need to take the following steps:

• Contact your client success manager directly to initiate the cancellation process.
• Alternatively, you can email [email protected] to request the cancellation.

Here are the key points to note:

• You must request the cancellation before the next annual billing cycle to avoid being charged.
• MoveSpring does not provide refunds for unused time.
• Upon request, your account will be terminated, and all user data will be deleted after 60 days.

Additional Considerations

• If your account remains inactive for 60 days or more, all account data from your previous plan will not be maintained. Users will need to sign up for new MoveSpring accounts if you reactivate after this point.
• If you choose to run another one-time challenge or upgrade to a new plan, your account will be reactivated. You will only pay for the cost of user slots if you have an active platform license; otherwise, you will need to pay for both user slots and the platform license.
