How to Cancel Munetrix

To cancel your subscription to a Mometrix online course, follow these steps:

Logging In and Navigating to Your Account

Accessing Subscription Settings

Go to your My Account page.
Click on Subscriptions.

Canceling the Subscription

Click View on the subscription you want to unsubscribe from.
Click Cancel Subscription. A confirmation message will appear indicating that your subscription has been cancelled.

Important Notes

If you are within the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period, you can contact support for a full refund. To do this, email [email protected] with the subject line “Satisfaction Guarantee Refund” and provide your name and order number.
After the 7-day guarantee period, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial use of the service.
