How to cancel MyTime

To cancel a membership, appointment, or class booking on MyTime, follow these steps:

Membership Cancellation

To cancel a membership:

  • Navigate to the Clients tab and search for the client.
  • Open the client’s profile and scroll down to the Memberships section.
  • Expand the arrow next to the membership status and click the Edit Membership button.
  • Select the Cancel Membership link at the bottom left of the modal.
  • Choose whether to cancel immediately or schedule a future cancellation date.
  • If a cancellation fee is set up and the client has a card on file, confirm whether to charge the fee.

Appointment Cancellation

To cancel an appointment:

  • Log into the MyTime scheduler app or access the schedule from the web interface.
  • Locate the appointment you wish to cancel and click on it.
  • Select the Cancel Appointment link at the bottom left of the modal.
  • Confirm the cancellation by clicking Yes on the confirmation pop-up.
  • If the appointment is paid, issue a full refund for the associated ticket before canceling.

Class Booking Cancellation

To cancel a class booking:

  • Navigate to your booking widget and log in.
  • Click the drop-down arrow next to your initials at the top of the page.
  • Go to Bookings from the left panel and locate the class booking.
  • Click View Details and then the Cancel Booking link.
  • Confirm the cancellation by clicking Yes, Cancel Booking.
  • Agree to any cancellation fee that may apply.

General Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellation policies can be configured for classes and events to enforce fees if clients fail to cancel within a specified window.
  • Unused credits from canceled memberships remain valid for a specified period after cancellation.
