How to Cancel nabooki
To manage and implement cancellation policies for products on Nabooki, follow these steps:
Creating and Setting Cancellation Policies
- Use the left navigation menu to navigate to the Calendar and select the service or event for which you want to set the cancellation policy.
- When creating or editing a service, you can define the cancellation periods, booking lead time, and other relevant settings under the advanced service setup. This includes setting time limits for how far into the future customers can add bookings and the cancellation periods.
Canceling Bookings
-
Canceling Individual Bookings:
- Navigate to the Calendar and find the specific booking you want to cancel.
- Click on the booking to open its details, and then use the options to cancel the booking. You can choose to notify or not notify the customer about the cancellation.
-
Canceling Multiple Bookings at Once:
- To cancel multiple bookings for a single schedule, go to the Calendar, navigate to the scheduled booking, and click the Cancel Event button. This will cancel all bookings for that event, close the event, and prevent further bookings. If you only want to prevent further bookings without canceling existing ones, use the Close Event button instead.
-
Canceling All Bookings for a Specific Schedule:
- For multiple bookings under a single schedule, use the Cancel Event button in the Calendar. This action will cancel all bookings associated with that event and close it to new bookings.
Customer Self-Service Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their own bookings if you have enabled the Traveller self-service cancellation feature in your Nabooki account. Customers will receive an email with a link to manage their booking, where they can cancel or amend it according to the cancellation policy set by your business.
Communication and Notifications
- When a booking is canceled, you can choose to notify the customer. Nabooki allows you to send mass emails to all customers booked for a session using the Email all customers feature within a booking schedule.
Displaying Cancellation Policies
- Ensure that your cancellation policies are visible to customers at the time of booking. This information should be included in the booking terms and conditions to avoid any misunderstandings.
By following these steps, you can effectively manage cancellations and ensure that both your business and your customers are aware of and adhere to the set cancellation policies.
