How to Cancel Paperform
To cancel your Paperform subscription, follow these steps:
Canceling Your Subscription

Access Your Account Settings:
- Go to your Paperform Dashboard and click on the avatar located at the top right.
- Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to the Billing Section:
- In the Account Settings, click on the "Billing" tab located on the left side of the screen.

Initiate Cancellation:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the "Cancel Subscription" button to start the cancellation process.
Post-Cancellation Details
- After canceling your subscription, your account will remain dormant and retain your forms and data for 30 days. If your account has been canceled for more than 30 days, your submission and form data may be deleted. It is recommended to export any submission results before canceling.
- Your forms will no longer be live to the public, and you will not be able to create or edit forms during this dormant period.
Refund Policy
- Paperform will only provide a refund if you request to cancel your subscription within the first 7 days of the subscription fee charge for monthly subscriptions or 30 days for annual subscriptions.
- Refunds are not provided for reasons such as change of mind, claims of unused time, or failure to cancel the subscription with sufficient notice. Refunds are only given if you are unable to use or access all or a material part of the services due to a significant failure or defect in the technology.
Data Request
- If you need to access your data after cancellation, you can make a data request by completing the GDPR request form available on the Paperform website.
