How to Cancel Payhip

To cancel a subscription or request a refund for a product purchased through Payhip, follow these steps:

Canceling a Subscription

• Access your customer account using the log-in link provided in your email receipt or by visiting the store where you made the purchase and clicking the person icon.
• Once logged in, navigate to your customer dashboard.
  • For subscription products, go to "Your Account" and click "Delete Account." This will cancel your subscription and permanently delete your customer account.
  • For courses, coaching, memberships, and bundles, click on the person icon at the top right of the screen, select "Settings," and then click on the "Subscriptions" tab. Here, you will find a list of your subscriptions and a cancel button to stop any recurring payments. Note that canceling your subscription will not delete your account unless you also click the "Delete your Account" button under the "Accounts" tab of your settings page.

Requesting a Refund

• If you wish to request a refund, you need to contact the seller directly. You can find the seller’s email address at the bottom of the email receipt sent to you after your purchase.
• Send an email to the seller explaining your reason for requesting a refund. Note that each store has its own refund policy, and refunds are handled between the seller and the buyer. Payhip itself does not handle refunds.
• If the product is a digital download, many sellers have a strict no-refund policy once the product has been downloaded or opened.

Additional Steps

• If you do not recognize the charge and cannot resolve it with the seller, you may need to open a dispute with your bank or PayPal.
• Be aware that some sellers may not refund you if you have already accessed or downloaded the product. Always check the specific refund policy of the store from which you made the purchase.
