How to Cancel PayTraq

To cancel your PayTraQer account subscription, follow these steps:

Login and Navigation

  • Log in to your PayTraQer account.

Access Billing Section

  • Navigate to the Billing Section of your account.

Initiate Cancellation

  • Click on the "Cancel & Disconnect" link.

Complete Survey

  • Fill out the cancel survey questionnaire form.

Important Notes

  • Unused credits will be expired immediately, and no refund will be provided for any unused credits.
  • Once you cancel your subscription plan, all stored data regarding your account will be deleted permanently and cannot be recovered.
