How to Cancel Podio

To cancel your Podio subscription, follow these steps:

Logging In and Accessing Billing

• Log into your Podio account on the official Podio website.
• Click the profile icon in the top blue bar, then select "Billing" from the dropdown menu.

Selecting the Contract

• If you have more than one contract with Podio, select the specific contract you want to end from the billing page.

Ending the Contract

• From your contract detail page, scroll down and click the "End my plan" link at the bottom.

Confirmation

• You may be prompted to confirm your decision to cancel your subscription. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.

Important Notes

• Canceling your plan will immediately block access to your organization for all users, and there will be no refund.
• Your data will be retained in the system according to Podio’s Data Retention Policy and will be deleted after 60 days.
• If you wish to reinstate your access and retain your data, you must upgrade back to a paid plan within 60 days of ending your contract. For this, you need to contact Podio Support.
