How to Cancel Polly
To cancel your Polly subscription, follow these steps:
Logging In and Navigating to Billing
- Log in to your Polly dashboard.
- Go to your Account and select the Billing page from the drop-down menu.
Canceling the Subscription
- On the Billing page, click on the "Cancel Subscription" option.
- You will be prompted to select at least one reason for your cancellation and have the option to provide additional feedback.
- Once you submit your reasons, your subscription will be set to automatically cancel at the end of your billing cycle.
Access and Features After Cancellation
- You will have full access to your plan features until the end of your billing cycle.
- After your subscription has been canceled, you will be reverted to the Free plan.
Checking Expiration Date
- If you navigate back to the Billing settings, you will see when your subscription or trial is set to expire.
Removing Card Details
- If you want to remove your card details, you need to contact the Polly support team. However, once you cancel your paid subscription, you will not be charged again, so removing card details is not necessary to avoid further charges.
Refunds
- Polly does not offer refunds unless in the case of accidental purchases. If you believe you purchased a subscription mistakenly or it got renewed accidentally, you may reach out to the support team within 48 hours of your charge to request a refund.
