How to Cancel Prismm

To cancel your Prismm service, follow these steps:

Notification and Timing

• You must provide Prismm with a 30 days prior written notice to cancel the service. This notice should be sent via email to [email protected].

Cancellation Process

• For customers on a monthly or other non-annual plans, simply sending the 30-day notice is sufficient.
• If you are on an annual plan, you cannot terminate the plan during the initial term. However, you can give notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the initial term or the relevant renewal term to prevent automatic renewal for successive one-year periods.

No Refunds

• Prismm does not refund any amount paid in advance following the termination of the service. All sales are final, and there are no refunds regardless of the use of the services.

Post-Cancellation Obligations

• Upon termination, all rights granted to you under the applicable license will immediately terminate.
• You will still be obligated to fulfill any obligations intended to survive under the Terms of Service, including but not limited to confidentiality and other surviving sections.

Returning Confidential Information

• Upon termination, you must immediately return to Prismm or destroy all copies of Prismm’s Confidential Information in your possession or control.
