To cancel your Procurify account and associated services, follow these steps:

Reach out to a Procurify Representative to initiate the cancellation process. If you are unsure who your representative is, you can contact the Procurify support team for assistance. You can send an email to their support email or use the in-app widget to get connected with an agent.

Additional Considerations

Before canceling, ensure that you have addressed any pending issues, such as:

• Deactivating Users: If you have users who are no longer connected with the company, you need to deactivate them. Navigate to Settings → Manage Users, click the 3-dot options button next to the user, and choose Deactivate User. For bulk deactivation, export the user list, modify the CSV to include the DEACTIVATE action, and then import the updated CSV back into the system.
• Canceling Purchase Orders: If there are any active purchase orders, you may need to cancel them. Go to Procure → Purchase Orders, click the applicable PO, and click Cancel P.O. Note that POs with received items cannot be canceled.
