How to Cancel ProTempus

Canceling a Subscription
- Open the ProTempus application or website.
- Navigate to the Settings section.
- Select Subscription or Account Settings, depending on the available options.
- Choose Manage Subscription to be redirected to the subscription management page.
- If you subscribed through an app store (e.g., App Store or Google Play Store), follow these additional steps:
- For iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select ProTempus.
- Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen.
- For Android:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap the Account icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap Payments and Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select ProTempus.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.
Canceling a Booking
- Log in to your ProTempus account and access the dashboard.
- Select the booking sheet icon or search for the customer’s name and select “Booking History”.
- On the Booking History page, select the order number of the booking you want to cancel.
- Once on the Order Confirmation page, look for a Cancel Booking button, usually located in the top right corner.
- Click the Cancel Booking button to start the cancellation process.
- You may have the option to choose between a “soft” cancellation, where you record a reason and the cancellation remains in the customer’s records, or a “hard” delete, which completely erases the booking from your records.
