How to Cancel QVANTUM
To cancel or return products from different Quantum services, you need to follow the specific guidelines for each type of product or service.
Canceling Quantum Fiber Service
If you need to cancel your Quantum Fiber service, follow these steps:
- Call the Quantum Fiber customer service at 833-250-6306, available 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. CST.
- Choose the date you want to end your service, and the customer service will take care of the rest.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your request is processed and another email once your service has been canceled.
- After canceling, you need to return all leased Quantum Fiber equipment, including the modem and 360 WiFi pods, within 30 days to avoid additional charges. Do not attempt to return the SmartNID attached to the wall.
- Package the equipment securely and use the provided UPS return label, which can be obtained by printing a PDF label or requesting a QR code via email.
Returning Quantum Nutrition Labs Products
To return products from Quantum Nutrition Labs, follow these steps:
- Call 1-800-370-3447 within 30 days of the invoice date to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Write the RAN at the top of your invoice and on the box.
- Return the products with your invoice to Quantum Nutrition Labs within 10 business days.
- Ensure the products are in their original condition:
- Clean labels with no scuff marks, smears, tears, etc.
- Stored at room temperature.
- Adequately wrapped in their original packaging.
- Include your return address on the outside of the box and send packages to:

- Allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be posted to your account after the items are received.
Returning Quantum Fishing Products
To return items purchased from Quantum Fishing, follow these steps:
- Return the items within 30 days of purchase in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

- Place the item(s) being returned in an appropriate shipping container and include your original packing slip/invoice.
