How to Cancel Redis Subscription

Considering discontinuing your Redis subscription? Follow these steps to effectively cancel your subscription and manage your account:
  1. Delete Databases: Start by deleting all databases associated with your Redis subscription. Ensure that the number of databases for the subscription is reduced to zero. You can view and manage databases through the subscription list in your Redis account.
  2. View Subscription Details: Navigate to the subscription details page. If you have multiple subscriptions, select the specific subscription you wish to cancel from the subscription list.
  3. Access Overview Tab: Within the subscription details, locate and select the “Overview” tab. This section provides a summary of your subscription and related information.
  4. Initiate Subscription Deletion: Look for the option labeled “Delete subscription” or similar. Click on this button to begin the subscription cancellation process.
  5. Confirmation Prompt: A confirmation dialog will appear asking if you want to cancel the subscription. Select the “Yes, cancel” or similar affirmative option to proceed with cancellation.
  6. Final Deletion Confirmation: After confirming the cancellation, another prompt will ask for final confirmation. Choose “Yes, delete” or equivalent to confirm your decision to delete the subscription.
