How to Cancel Rent Centric

To cancel your subscription or account with Rent Centric, follow these steps:

Notification and Timing

• To cancel your subscription, you must notify Rent Centric in writing at least five business days prior to the date of the invoice for the following term. This is crucial as the agreement automatically renews for successive renewal terms equal in duration to the initial term unless terminated in advance.

Termination Process

• Send a written notice to Rent Centric indicating your intention to terminate the agreement. This notice should be addressed to the relevant contact point, which can be found in your agreement documents or on the Rent Centric website.

Account Access and Data

• Upon termination, your right to access or use the service and customer data immediately ceases. Rent Centric is not obligated to retain or forward any customer data, and it may be irretrievably deleted if your account is 30 days or more delinquent.

Refund Policy

• If you are canceling within 3 days of your signup date, you are eligible for a 100% refund of all charges, excluding certain non-refundable elements such as hardware, network, and shipping fees. You must notify Rent Centric directly within this timeframe to request a refund.

Additional Considerations

• Ensure all outstanding fees are paid before termination to avoid any penalties or loss of data. Failure to comply with payment obligations can result in immediate termination of your account and loss of access to customer data.

Post-Termination Data Retrieval

• If you request it at the time of termination, Rent Centric will make available a file of your customer data within 30 days of termination for a reasonable fee.
