What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
The granularity in real-time is unparalleled; I can see specific keywords that are called a match and redirect them to the highest-paying buyer in real-time. The live chat support is also a savior as a beginner because they literally take you through a complicated arrangement in a few minutes.
What do you dislike about this product?
The first learning curve is very steep, and the error messages of Tag Failure can be confusing to a new user. I also discovered that the interface becomes cluttered at a very early stage when you begin to add several campaigns and routing regulations.
What’s still missing for your needs?
I must use a more intuitive means of controlling number porting than it seems like a technical handbook. An inbuilt "SAML/SSO" user login would also allow a lot more security and professional management of team access.
