How to Cancel runZero

To cancel your runZero account, follow these steps:

Contacting Support

You need to contact the runZero support team to initiate the cancellation process. Here are the recommended methods to do so:

• Use the support portal available on the runZero website.
• Utilize the Support link within the web console, which can be found in the Help and Support menu at the top right.
• Alternatively, you can email the support team directly at [email protected].

Downgrading or Deleting the Account

Once you contact support, you can request to either downgrade your account to a community license or delete it entirely.

Deleting Asset Data and Account Information

If you wish to have your account completely deleted, it is advisable to delete the asset data yourself. You can bulk delete the assets by using the console to delete your organization(s), which will cause the assets to be deleted. After this, the support team can delete the rest of the account information for you.

Additional Steps

Ensure you have taken care of any necessary steps within your account before the deletion, such as downloading any important data or configuring any necessary settings, as this data will be permanently removed once the account is deleted.
