How to Cancel Salsa Engage

To cancel your Salsa Engage subscription, follow these steps:

Logging In

  • Log in to the Salsa web app using your credentials.

Navigating to Account Management

  • Once logged in, click on the "Manage Account" option.

Accessing Your Plan

  • Under the "Your Plan" section, click on "Edit Plan".

Canceling the Subscription

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Cancel Subscription".

Post-Cancellation Information

After requesting cancellation, you can continue to use Salsa as usual until the end of that month’s billing cycle. Here are some key points to note:

  • You will no longer have access to past events, captures, analytics, and survey stats once the subscription is cancelled.
  • All links to past Live Galleries will also be disabled.
  • You can immediately restore access to past events and reactivate the Live Galleries by resubscribing.
  • If you are a booth owner, you can continue to access the Salsa Marketing Materials without an active subscription.
  • If an account does not have an active subscription for 12 months, the account will be permanently deleted.

The cancellation will be processed within 48 hours after submission.
