What feature doesn’t work as expected?

The automation and marketing features feel limited compared to other email marketing platforms. Some users also find the template editor and interface less modern than competitors.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

Setting up campaigns and automation could be more intuitive, especially for non-technical users. Simplifying the dashboard and template editing process would make campaign creation faster.

What was your first impression when you started using it?

My first impression was that SendGrid looked like a solid tool for email sending. It seemed useful, but it did take me a little time to get used to some parts.

Have you experienced any bugs or errors?

I had a few issues during setup and when trying to find out why something was not working. Nothing major, but some things took longer to sort out than I expected.

What’s still missing for your needs?

I would like an easier setup process and clearer help when something goes wrong. Better reporting would also be useful.

I would recommend SendGrid because it helps with email delivery and works well once everything is set up. It makes email handling easier and more manageable.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

sendgrid provides a reliable and easy way to integrate email functionality into web applications easily. I have used it in projects to send automated emails such as account registration confirmations, booking notifications, and payment updates. The API is straightforward and integrates well with most of the backend frameworks.

What slows you down when using it?

the initial setup and configuration can take some time, especially when verifying domains, configuring dns records, and setting up authentication. for beginners, the email deliverability settings and setting up in project may feel slightly complex at first.

What could make it even better?

it would be helpful if the onboarding process and setup documentation were a bit simpler for new users or atleast provide short tutorial for overview. more guided and simple steps for domain authentication and email configuration could make the first time setup faster and easy
