How to Cancel Sense

To cancel your subscription to a Sense product, follow these steps:

For Subscriptions Managed Through Sense HQ

  • Log in to your account on the Sense platform.
  • Navigate to the "Subscriptions" section.
  • Under "Active," select the subscription you wish to cancel.
  • Click on "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page.
  • Finalize the cancellation by confirming your decision.

For Subscriptions Managed Through Apple or Google Play

On an iOS Device (iPhone, iPad, etc.):

  • Open "Settings" and access your Apple/iCloud account by selecting your profile at the top of the page.
  • Select "Subscriptions" and under "Active," choose the subscription you want to cancel.
  • Select "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page.
  • Confirm the cancellation.

On an Android Device:

  • Go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
  • Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  • Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the instructions.

Notice and Confirmation

Notices to Sense must be sent to [email protected] with a copy to Sense Talent Labs, Inc. Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation.

Refunds and Data

After cancellation, any data associated with your account will be handled in accordance with Sense’s privacy policy. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed according to the terms of your subscription agreement. For more details, refer to the Sense Subscriber Agreement.
