How to Cancel SEOprofiler
To cancel your SEOprofiler subscription, follow these steps:
Canceling Your Subscription
- Log in to your SEOprofiler account.
- Navigate to the "Your account" section.
- Go to "Account settings" and then select "Billing history."
- Click on the "Cancel subscription" link to initiate the cancellation process.
Important Notes
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will still be billed for the current month. You won’t be billed again after the current month.
- If you purchased after the 28th of the month, you will be billed on the 28th of each subsequent month.
- Refunds are only available for your initial order and must be requested within 30 days. After the initial month, recurring orders are non-refundable, and there is no proration for partial months.
Trial Period Cancellation
- If you are using a trial period, you can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial without reducing the trial period. However, the trial period won’t be reduced when you cancel, and recurring orders after the trial are non-refundable.
Deleting Your Account
- If you want to delete your account completely, go to "Your account" > "Account settings" > "Plan details" > "Delete account." This option is only available for free accounts.
Changing Your Plan
- If you want to change your SEOprofiler plan, you need to order the new plan, and your old plan will be canceled automatically. You will need to go through the complete ordering process for the new plan, and there will be no proration for partial months.
