When a guest calls in to cancel their ServiceBench appointment, use the following process:

• Go to the ServiceBench home screen and navigate to Jobs > Search Service Orders and Jobs.
• Enter the required information into the search fields, such as the service order ID or phone number, and click Search.
• Select the desired service job from the search results.
• Click on the Cancel button.
• Provide the reason for the cancellation when prompted.

Important Notes

• All cancellations must be done before 5 P.M. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
• If a guest requests to re-initiate a job, they will need to create a new service job, as cancellations cannot be reversed.
