How to Cancel ShootProof

To cancel your ShootProof account, follow these steps:

Accessing Your Account Settings

  • Log in to your ShootProof account and navigate to the top right corner of the page.
  • Click on the account icon, which is represented by a tiny head and shoulders.

Navigating to Plan & Billing

  • From the dropdown menu, select "Plan & Billing."

Initiating Cancellation

  • Under the "Photo Plan" section, you will find the option to cancel or downgrade your account.
  • Choose the option to cancel your paid subscription.

Submission and Confirmation

  • You will need to submit a cancellation form. This form can be accessed through the "Plan & Billing" section.
  • Ensure you submit the cancellation form at least three calendar days prior to the end of your current subscription period for the cancellation to take effect at the end of the current period. If submitted later, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the following subscription period.

Final Steps

  • After confirming your cancellation, your account will no longer be billed, and the subscription will be terminated at the specified time.

Important Notes

  • If you are within the initial 14 days of your paid subscription, you may be eligible for a 14-day money back guarantee. However, this does not apply if you converted to a paid subscription after a free trial.
  • Any unpaid fees are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower, plus all reasonable expenses of collection.
