How to Cancel SketchWow

To cancel your SketchWow subscription, follow these steps:

Logging In and Accessing Account Settings

• Log in to your SketchWow account through the web app.
• Navigate to your online account management page.

Canceling the Subscription

• Once you are in your account management page, look for the option to manage your subscription.
• You can cancel your Subscription renewal either through this page or by contacting the SketchWow Inc. customer support team.

• If you are canceling through the account management page, find the section related to your subscription.
• Click on the option to cancel your subscription renewal.

Contacting Customer Support

• If you prefer to cancel by contacting customer support, reach out to the SketchWow Inc. customer support team directly.
• Provide them with the necessary details to process your cancellation.

Post-Cancellation

• After canceling your subscription, you will not be charged again in the next billing cycle.
• You can continue using the service until the end of your current billing period.
• Once the billing period ends, your access to the service will be limited according to the terms of your subscription plan.

Deleting Your Account (Optional)

• If you wish to terminate your account completely, you can discontinue using the service. However, note that simply discontinuing use does not delete your account; you would need to contact support for a full account deletion if desired.

Important Notes

• If you entered your billing information during the free trial, you will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel your subscription.
• Refund requests can be made within 30 days of the original purchase date, but subsequent purchases and renewals are not refundable.
