How to Cancel Snappy
To cancel a Snappy product or service, follow these steps:
Canceling a Gift
If you need to cancel a gift before it is claimed by the recipient, you can do so by logging into your user account. Here’s how:
- Log in to your Snappy account.
- Select the gift collection you want to cancel.
- Choose to cancel the gift collection for that particular recipient.
- Once canceled, the total estimated fees authorized on your payment method for that gift will be released, and the recipient will no longer be able to claim the gift.
If the recipient does not claim the gift within seven days from the date the gift collection is sent, Snappy will automatically cancel the gift collection and release the associated fees.
Canceling a Subscription
For subscriptions, the process is as follows:
- To terminate your subscription, you need to provide 30 days’ prior notice by contacting customer service at 1-647-876-8665.
- Any applicable charges will continue to apply until your subscription period concludes.
- Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of the Snappy Platform and pay any fees or other costs owed under the terms of service.
Deleting Your Account
To delete your Snappy account:
- Send an email to [email protected] with “Account Termination Request” in the subject line.
- The email must be sent from the same email address registered for your Snappy account.
- Include the account email and the full name of the account holder in the email.
- Alternatively, you can delete your account by accessing the settings page on the Snappy platform and following the instructions provided.
Additional Considerations
- Snappy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to or use of all or any part of the Snappy services at any time, without notice, if they suspect fraudulent activity, illegal activity, or violation of the terms of service.
- Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately terminate, and you will be required to pay any outstanding fees or costs owed to Snappy.
