What do you like best about this product?

The way everything just comes together in one place is honestly the best part like you dont have to jump between a bunch of different tools

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

There was a moment where i couldnt figure out a certain feature but i skipped the tutorial so that one was totally on me

It basically helped me stop wasting time trying to piece together different tools because now its all just handled in one spot

What was your first impression when you started using it?

My first impression was that it was powerful and useful for performance testing. However, it also felt a bit complex at the beginning and needed some time to learn.

What feels confusing or hard to use?

Some parts of the interface can be confusing, especially when setting up test scenarios. It can also be hard to understand advanced settings without clear guidance.

If you could change one thing, what would it be?

I would improve the user interface to make it simpler and easier to understand. This would also help new users set up and run tests more quickly.

I would recommend it because it is helpful for testing and improving system performance. I would rate it around 9 out of 10.

What exceeded your expectations?

The machine learning engine is honestly incredible because it doesn't just show you data; it actually experiments with different configurations to find the "sweet spot" between cost and performance. I didn't expect the automatic rightsizing for Kubernetes to be so precise, especially how it handles complex Java apps that usually give us a headache with resource limits.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

The initial setup can be pretty daunting if you aren't already a Kubernetes expert, as it requires a deep understanding of your clusters to get the agent running right. I also find it a bit annoying that the pricing is definitely on the premium side, which makes it a hard sell for smaller dev teams or experimental side projects.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

I’d love to see a more streamlined way to manage "outlier" workloads that don't fit into the standard optimization profiles without having to dive into manual guardrails. The process for syncing recommendations back into a GitOps flow like Argo CD could also be a bit more "plug-and-play" to save us from extra configuration steps.

I’d highly recommend it to any SRE or DevOps lead who is tired of the manual "trial and error" that comes with tuning cloud-native apps. It’s a total lifesaver for cutting down cloud waste, provided you have the budget and the technical chops to get it fully integrated into your pipeline.
