How to Cancel Subsplash

To cancel or manage various aspects of your Subsplash account and services, follow these steps:

Canceling a Recurring Gift

If you need to cancel a recurring gift, you can do so in several ways:

• Through Your Donor Account: Log into your donor account, navigate to the recurring gifts section, and select the gift you want to cancel. You can then edit or stop the recurring gift.
• Through the Giving Dashboard: If you are a Giving Administrator, log into the giving dashboard, go to Giving > Recurring, select the recurring gift, and click "Discontinue Gift".

Requesting a Refund

For transactions that have already been processed, you can request a refund by:

• Contacting your organization directly via the email address noted at the bottom of your email receipt.
• Visiting your church or organization’s website and contacting them through the provided channels.

Deleting Your Subsplash Account

To delete your Subsplash account, follow these steps:

• Navigate to your Account Management page using one of the following methods:
  • Open any app connected to your Subsplash account, log in, go to your profile, and select "Edit your profile information".
  • Go to your church’s giving page, select the profile icon, log in, and select "Edit Profile".
  • From your church’s messaging page, select the profile icon, log in, and select "Edit Profile".
• Once on the edit profile page, scroll to the bottom and select the red button that says "Delete Account".

Additional Considerations

• Only the user can delete their account. Dashboard users can only "archive" the account, which hides it from the dashboard but does not delete it.
• For any other cancellations or changes related to your church’s services or subscriptions, it is best to contact your church’s administration or use the specific tools provided within the Subsplash platform.
