How to Cancel Swingvy

To cancel your paid subscription to Swingvy, follow these steps:

Cancelling a Subscription

Cancelling your Swingvy subscription does not occur automatically by uninstalling the app or stopping usage. You must take specific actions to cancel.

Via Email or Success Manager

• To request the cancellation of your subscription, you need to contact Swingvy directly. You can do this by emailing their support team at [email protected] or by contacting your Success Manager.
• They will assist you in cancelling your subscription accordingly.

Cancellation Effective Date

• All cancellations will take effect upon the next subscription renewal date. Swingvy does not provide refunds for prepaid or unused subscription fees.
• You will continue to have access to your account until the next renewal date, after which the subscription will not be renewed.

Post-Cancellation Access

• Once your subscription is cancelled, your account will be downgraded to a Standard Plan (free plan).
• With the Standard Plan, you will still have access to:
  • Managing your employee data via the HR Hub
  • Company announcements
  • Company calendar
  • Managing employee talent
  • Customizing employee profile reporting
  • Benefits
  • Swingvy support

Important Notes

• Some features will become unavailable after downgrading to the Standard plan.
• Uninstalling the app or stopping Swingvy usage without cancelling your subscription will result in continued billing for the subscription fees.
