To cancel your subscription to TimeCamp Planner, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Workspace settings, which can be found just above your avatar icon. Open the Subscription tab from this menu.
Only the Administrator of the account can cancel the subscription. In the Subscription tab, click on the Cancel Subscription button next to your plan details.
Canceling the subscription involves downgrading your account to a Free plan. This will allow you to keep your data and continue using TimeCamp Planner with limited features. After clicking the Cancel Subscription button, you will be redirected to a page that outlines the differences between the Free and paid plans. Read this information carefully.
To confirm your decision, you will need to type "DOWNGRADE" (or the equivalent word in your language settings) in the intended field and save the change.
After confirming, you will see a short survey form. TimeCamp appreciates your honest feedback, so please take a moment to complete the survey.
Once you have completed the survey, click on the Send and cancel subscription button. This will set your workspace to a Free plan at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you can still use the paid version of TimeCamp Planner.
