How to Cancel Timing

To cancel your subscription to the Timing app, follow these steps:

Via Email

When you subscribed to Timing, you received an email with a link to manage and cancel your subscription. Use this link to cancel your subscription directly.

Through the Timing App

After activating Timing, you can also manage and cancel your subscription from within the app. Here’s how:

• Open the Timing app on your Mac.
• Go to the menu and find the entry to manage your subscription.

Using the License Activation Page

If you cannot find the subscription management link, you can enter your email address on the Timing license activation page. If a subscription is associated with that email address, you will receive an email with the subscription management link again.

Contacting Support

If you still cannot find the subscription management link, contact Timing support for assistance.

What Happens After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have full access to Timing until the end of your current billing period. After that period, you can still view data up to the day your subscription ended, but you will not be able to track new data. Note that annual plans do not offer pro-rated refunds.
