How to Cancel Titan GPS

To cancel your Titan GPS subscription, follow these steps:

Logging Into Your Account

• Go to the Titan GPS website and log into your account using your credentials.

Navigating to the Billing Section

• Once logged in, select the My Account tab.
• Navigate to the Billing subtab.

Initiating the Cancellation Process

• Click on the Cancellation option.
• Click the Open a Case button. This will open the Open a Case screen.

Completing the Cancellation Form

• If not automatically shown, select the Billing/Licenses option from the Case Type drop-down list.
• Enter your email address in the email field.
• Modify the case subject if necessary; it is automatically filled with “I want to cancel.”
• Provide a short description of why you want to cancel in the Please provide a full description of your issue field.
• Optionally, upload a supporting file by clicking on the Choose files field.

Submitting the Cancellation Request

• Click the Open button to open a case. You will receive a confirmation message sent to your email address.

By following these steps, you will successfully initiate the cancellation of your Titan GPS subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which you will no longer be charged.
