How to Cancel TrackMySubs

To cancel or remove a subscription on TrackMySubs, follow these steps:

Option One: Moving to the Cancelled Folder

• Click and drag the subscription you wish to delete to the cancelled folder. This action does not permanently delete the subscription but moves it to a separate folder.

Option Two: Editing the Subscription

• Log into your TrackMySubs account and navigate to the subscription you want to cancel.
• Edit the subscription you wish to cancel.
• Click the Bin / Trash Can button.
• You have two options here:
  • Select ‘Mark as Cancelled’ if you have cancelled the subscription with the provider. This allows you to reactivate the subscription in the future without retyping all the relevant information.
  • Select ‘Delete Subscription’ if you wish to delete the subscription completely. This option moves the subscription into the trash.

Additional Considerations

• If you choose to mark the subscription as cancelled, it will remain in your account but be marked as inactive, allowing for potential reactivation.
• If you delete the subscription, it will be moved to the trash, and you will not be able to recover it unless you restore it from the trash before it is permanently deleted.
