To cancel your TruckX product or service, follow these steps:

Cancellation Process

Subscriptions and Leased Devices

  • If you are using a leased device, such as the Bluetooth Electronic Logging Device (ELD), you must return the device to TruckX. The device must be in working condition to avoid any lost device charges.

Returning Hardware

  • For hardware purchases, refunds are only available for first-time customers and must be requested within five days of the purchase date. Existing customers are not eligible for refunds on hardware purchases.
  • To return hardware, you must package and return it in its original box and packaging, and the hardware must be in its original condition. You are responsible for shipping and insurance charges, as well as any damage to the hardware during transit. TruckX may also charge a restocking fee for such returns.

Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, but subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial period.
  • For monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions, you must contact TruckX to cancel. Cancellation will prevent further billing, but no refund will be issued for the current subscription period.
