How to Cancel TruckX

To cancel your TruckX product or service, follow these steps:

Cancellation Process

Subscriptions and Leased Devices

• If you are using a leased device, such as the Bluetooth Electronic Logging Device (ELD), you must return the device to TruckX. The device must be in working condition to avoid any lost device charges.

Returning Hardware

• For hardware purchases, refunds are only available for first-time customers and must be requested within five days of the purchase date. Existing customers are not eligible for refunds on hardware purchases.
• To return hardware, you must package and return it in its original box and packaging, and the hardware must be in its original condition. You are responsible for shipping and insurance charges, as well as any damage to the hardware during transit. TruckX may also charge a restocking fee for such returns.

Subscription Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time, but subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial period.
• For monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions, you must contact TruckX to cancel. Cancellation will prevent further billing, but no refund will be issued for the current subscription period.

Steps to Cancel

• Contact Customer Support: Reach out to TruckX customer support to initiate the cancellation process.
  • Explain your reason for cancellation and provide any necessary details.
  • If you are using a leased device, confirm the return process and any associated fees.
• Return Leased Devices: If applicable, return the leased device to TruckX within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days) to avoid additional charges.
• Return Hardware: If you are returning hardware, ensure it is in its original condition and packaging, and arrange for shipping at your own expense.

Post-Cancellation

• Once your cancellation is processed, your account will no longer be billed.
• If you have returned any devices or hardware, a refund (if eligible) will be issued after the items are received and inspected by TruckX.
