What do you like best about this product?

I love how it lets my customers try out products at home before they actually have to commit to paying for them. The try before you buy approach has really helped build trust and significantly increased my overall sales and conversion rates.

What do you dislike about this product?

The initial setup felt a little more complicated than I expected and took some time to integrate with my existing store theme. I also find that managing the return shipping logistics for the trial items can sometimes be a problem during busy weeks.

If you could change one thing, what would it be?

I would definitely make the pricing tiers a bit more flexible to better accommodate smaller brands that are just starting to scale up. It would also be great if the merchant dashboard provided more detailed insights that specify items are being returned most often during the trial period.
