How to Cancel UncommonGood
To cancel or return a product from Uncommon Goods, follow these steps:
Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, you must act promptly:
- You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it using the cancellation link provided in your order confirmation email.
- If the 30-minute window has passed, you can email

or call 1-415-255-5839 during operating hours (10am to 5pm PST, Monday – Friday) to request cancellation. However, the order can only be canceled if it has not been processed.
Returns and Exchanges
For returns or exchanges, here are the guidelines:
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date for any reason, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
- Items that are made-to-order or personalized cannot be returned.
- Items purchased with a discount higher than 25% can only be returned for store credit.
- Bulk orders (10 or more of the same product) are subject to a 20% restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
Return Process

- Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, including tags, booklets, and labels.
- Items must not be worn, altered, or damaged. If they are not in original condition (except due to our error), a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
- Returned or exchanged items must be received by Uncommon Goods within 14 calendar days of the return/exchange notice.
Shipping Costs
- Uncommon Goods will provide a prepaid return shipping label if the items arrived damaged, defective, or were the wrong items shipped. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If shipping an item over $50, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
Starting the Return
- Go to the "Track & Manage Orders" section at the bottom of the Uncommon Goods website.
- Enter your order number (excluding the dash and numbers after the dash) and your billing zip code.
- Click on "REPORT A PROBLEM" and select the reason for your return.
- Follow the prompts to complete the return process and receive a prepaid return label if applicable.
Additional Notes
- If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact

immediately. However, there is no guarantee that the issue can be resolved, and extra charges may apply.
- Rejecting a package does not cancel the order and may result in loss of the items or additional shipping costs, for which the customer will be responsible.
- Refunds or exchanges will not be issued due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
Refund Processing
- Refunds can be issued to the original payment method up to 30 days from receiving the order. After 30 days, refunds can only be issued as store credit.
- Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to post to the payment account, and international refunds may take 5-10 business days.
