How to Cancel UserQ

To cancel a UserQ product subscription, follow these steps:

Sign In and Access Settings

• Log in to your User.com account associated with your UserQ product.

Navigate to Payment Settings

• Go to the Settings section, then select Payment.

Identify and Modify the Subscription

• On the Payment page, you will see a list of all the products included in your subscription. Look for the gear icon next to the specific product you want to cancel.
• Click on the gear icon next to the UserQ product.
• Select Turn off auto-renewal from the options.

Confirm the Action

• Confirm the action to turn off auto-renewal for the selected product. This will prevent any further charges for that specific product.

Verify the Change

• After turning off auto-renewal, check the Auto Extend column in your Payment view. The status for the UserQ product should now be False, indicating that it will not be renewed in the next billing period.

Cancel All Plans (Optional)

• If you want to cancel your entire subscription and stop auto-renewal for all plans, find the red button labeled Resign from all plans in the Settings > Payment view.
• Click this button and confirm the action to stop the subscription from the next billing period. This will set all positions in the Auto extend column to False.

By following these steps, you will successfully cancel your UserQ product subscription or the entire subscription if desired.
