Steps to Remove Products

• Open the Catalog Page: Navigate to the Catalog page within your Valigara account.

• Find the Products: Use the search tool or other filters to locate the products you want to remove.

• Select the Products: Choose the products you intend to delete.

System Action

• Click on the "Remove" option to initiate the deletion process.

Confirmation Pop-up

• In the Confirmation pop-up, you will see the "Keep items on channels" setting. This setting determines whether the product listings should be removed from external sales channels such as eBay, Etsy, Amazon, or your website.
  • If you want to delete the product only from the Valigara Products Catalog and leave the active listings on external channels, leave the "Keep items on channels" box checked.
  • If you want to delete the product listings from external channels as well, uncheck the "Keep items on channels" box.

Finalize the Action

• Click "Yes" to confirm the deletion.
• Check the results in the Batch to ensure the products have been removed as intended.

Important Considerations

• Product Restoration: Products can be restored after deletion, but this does not apply to product images, which are permanently deleted.
• External Listings: If you choose to keep external listings active, they will be unlinked from Valigara.
• Backup: It is a good practice to use the Export procedure to backup your products before removing them from the system.
