Understanding the Terms

• All purchases of Veritone Attribute are non-cancelable and non-refundable for the duration of the contract. This means that once you have committed to a 12-month contract, you cannot cancel or receive a refund for the remaining period.

Steps to Initiate Cancellation at Contract End

Since the subscription is non-cancelable during the contract term, you can only plan for cancellation at the end of the contract period:

• Do Not Renew: Ensure that you do not renew your subscription when the current contract term expires.
• Notify Veritone: Although not required due to the non-cancelable nature, it is a good practice to notify the Veritone Customer Support Team ([email protected]) of your intention not to renew the subscription.

Post-Contract End

• Once the contract term is over, your access to Veritone Attribute will be terminated, and you will no longer be charged.
