How to Cancel viewneo

To cancel your viewneo subscription, follow these steps:

Logging Into Your Account

Log into your viewneo account at https://cloud.viewneo.com.

Navigating to Subscription Settings

Once logged in, select the “Settings” tab.
Under the “Settings” menu, click on the “Subscription” tab located on the left side.

Unsubscribing

In the subscription settings, look for the “Unsubscribe” button.
Click on the “Unsubscribe” button to end your viewneo subscription.

Confirming Changes

Review the information to ensure everything is correct before confirming the cancellation.
Save any changes if prompted.

Additional Notes

If you have any activated licenses, note that you cannot have fewer licenses than devices in your account. However, you can adjust the number of licenses if you remove devices.
After cancellation, your trial or subscription will end automatically if no further action is taken. For example, if you are using the 30-day free trial, it will end without additional action needed from you.
