How to Cancel Virtuagym

To cancel your Virtuagym account, follow these steps carefully:

Logging In and Accessing the Help Center

• Go to the Virtuagym website and log in to your account.
• Ensure you remain logged in throughout the process.
• Open a new tab in your browser.

Navigating to the Help Center

• In the new tab, go back to the Virtuagym login page.
• Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
• On the right side of your screen, click on the ‘Help’ link to open the Help Center.

Searching for Account Deletion

• In the Help Center, you will see a search box below the text ‘Find all the answers here’.
• Type ‘How do I delete my account?’ in the search box.
• Click on the result ‘How do I delete my account?’.

Initiating Account Deletion

• Click on ‘Click here to delete your profile’.
• Under the heading ‘Delete account’, you will need to type ‘I want to delete my account’.
• Enter your password and click ‘To delete’.

Confirmation

• You will receive a message asking if you are sure you want to delete your account.
• Click ‘OK’ if you are certain.

Your Virtuagym account will now be deleted.

If you are looking to cancel a membership rather than the entire account, this process is different and typically managed through the settings or by contacting the fitness center directly.
