What was your first impression when you started using it?

I was really happy with how clean and modern the timer looked on my screen right after I signed up for the first time. It felt like a very lightweight tool that wouldn't get in the way of my actual work while I tried to track my hours.

Is there something that almost made you stop using it?

I almost got frustrated when I realized I had to manually set up every single project and client before I could even start a simple timer. It felt like a lot of clicking around at first and i wish there was a faster way to just jump in and start tracking immediately.

What problem did this product solve for you?

It solved manual process of trying to guess how many hours I spent on different tasks when it came time to send out my monthly invoices. This gives a clear record of every minute spent on a project which makes my billing process much more accurate

I would recommend it because it is a very simple and effective way to manage a teams productivity without using a complicated or expensive system.

What do you like best about this product?

It's very convenient to use especially in monitoring work hours, manage tasks, and handles billing. Track time on tasks and projects and also create automatic invoices based on track time. Easy and convenient. You don't need to manually calculate work hours to add into payroll.

What do you dislike about this product?

Lacks advanced project management features compared to bigger tools. Customization features are limited as well. UI design seems too basic.

What problem did this product solve for you?

Conveniently automize working hours into invoices for me. I don't need to manually track and record my employee's spent time on work hours or tasks. Very convenient to use and is really reliable. Saves me the time and effort.
